The National Cadet Corps (NCC) in our college (9 UP BN NCC, Hathras) offers students military training and leadership development. Cadets engage in drills, parades, and physical fitness routines, promoting discipline and teamwork. Colleges with NCC units organize camps, adventure activities, and community service projects, fostering unity and civic responsibility. Participation in NCC enhances students' resumes, providing advantages for careers in the armed forces and other sectors. Additionally, NCC certification offers benefits such as reservations in higher education and job opportunities. Through NCC, students develop a sense of patriotism, gain valuable life skills, and are prepared for future leadership roles.
